What to know before you match.

Are my files uploaded or stored anywhere?

No. File reading, matching, and export happen in your browser. RowPair does not receive your spreadsheet contents.

Is this a replacement for VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP?

For the common job of bringing columns from one table into another, yes. RowPair handles the formula and shows problematic records before you export.

What happens when the same identifier appears twice?

Duplicate keys are clearly flagged. For an ambiguous match, choose the correct lookup row or explicitly keep the added cells blank before downloading.

Which file types are supported?

RowPair accepts modern Excel workbooks (.xlsx), CSV, TSV, and pasted spreadsheet data. You can export the result as .xlsx or .csv.

Will values such as 00123 keep their leading zeros?

Yes when the source stores them as text. RowPair treats matching identifiers conservatively and previews the output before export.
